WASHINGTON WILD SHEEP CHAPTER BANQUET SIGN UP
« on: January 09, 2024, 12:02:37 PM »
Happy Tuesday.
First come first served on this great bighorn sheep conservation banquet. Those who have attended know how much work goes into this once a year event.
Newbie?   Join us on March 9th and help some put some sheep back on the mountain

Dear Wild Sheep Supporter,
On March 9th, 2024, the Washington Wild Sheep Foundation will be hosting our annual banquet to raise funding for Wild Sheep conservation. The banquet will be located at the Murano Hotel in Tacoma, Washington. This event is anticipated to be our largest event ever and expected to sell out! Funds from donations, auctions, and raffles at this annual banquet are our primary means of fundraising for the year.
This year we will have a plated dinner and will be adding 50 seats for a total of 500 attendees! Single tickets are available for purchase as well as sponsor tables. Single tickets are $125, and Sponsor Tables are $1500 for ten reserved seats; these will be located front and center. Sponsor tables are the only option for reserved seating. Please purchase your tickets here:  Banquet Tickets.  Murano room block reservations info will be sent out shortly.
This year we are excited to announce a step up in commitment for Wild Sheep conservation. The Cascade Life Membership! This membership level is crucial for us to continue the sheep hunt giveaway and push ourselves to raise key funding for conservation. This commitment for conservation is $1,000. To be eligible for the Cascade Life Membership level, one must have already been a life member (or purchase life membership prior/in conjunction to Cascade Life membership).  *All Cascade Life Members get an additional name in the sheep hunt giveaway.
One lucky attendee will be going Stone Sheep hunting with Dueling Stone Outfitters! Be sure to get your tickets early and thank you for your support of Washington Wild Sheep!
LIFE MEMBER SHEEP HUNT GIVE-AWAY
Life Member Drawing – Stone Sheep hunt with Dueling Stone Outfitters!
(To be eligible, you must be a WA WSF life member AND you must be a paid attendee for AND in attendance at the banquet during the drawing)

** In addition to the Life Member ticket, a second ticket can be obtained with a minimum $100 donation at the banquet.

***In addition to the Life Member and second chance ticket, a third ticket is given to all Cascade Life Memberships.

Maximum number of tickets for the sheep hunt giveaway per attendee is three, if the attendee meets all above requirements.  (attendee is a Life Member, second chance is purchased for $100, and attendee is a Cascade Life Member)

SHEEP DISPLAY
Bailey's IGA is again sponsoring the display by offering loads of prizes, including a Kimber rifle or a Mathews bow.  If you are bringing a sheep mount, contact Michael Hill at mhill1774@gmail.com.

The Board of Directors is working hard to make this the best WA WSF banquet ever, but we cannot do it alone.  Please become an underwriting sponsor, donate live or silent auction items, and bring your mounts to show off!  We also are in need of volunteers for before, during and after the event! Feel free to contact any board member or email washingtonwsf@gmail.com if you have any further questions.

We'll see you on March 9th!

Your WA WSF Board of Directors
